ToniAnn Convertino Elevated to Senior Manager of Business Operations 

Stamford, CT – March 5, 2025 – Collegiate Sports Management Group (CSMG) has announced the promotion of ToniAnn Convertino to the position of Senior Manager of Business Operations. In this new capacity, Convertino will work across both traditional sports and esports. 

Since joining CSMG in 2021, Convertino has thrived in her previous roles in Esports Operations. She has been instrumental in the growth of CECC and will continue to handle partner relationships with schools, teams, esports players, coaches, and conferences; as well as tournament rulesets and bylaws. Her expanded role will include supporting media, analytics and sponsorship sales teams with a more efficient structure.
