Collegiate Sports Management Group Welcomes Dr. Robert Dranoff as Advisor
NEW YORK, NY – Collegiate Sports Management Group (CSMG) is excited to announce the addition of Dr. Robert Dranoff as an Advisor to the organization. "Bob's extensive experience and deep rolodex across all areas of scholastic athletics and esports will be invaluable as we continue to pursue new initiatives. He will be a great resource to help us expand our portfolio during this extremely opportunistic time.”
Dr. Dranoff recently stepped down after 16 years as the Commissioner of the NCAA Division II East Coast Conference (ECC), concluding a nearly 45-year career. His tenure at the ECC was marked by significant achievements, including the expansion of membership and championship tournaments, increasing revenue and exposure for the conference, and the creation of several impactful student-athlete initiatives.
Prior to his role as Commissioner, Dr. Dranoff served in various leadership positions, including Assistant Athletic Director at St. John’s University, Director of Athletics at SUNY Old Westbury and Dowling College, and Athletic Director and Assistant Dean at Suffolk County Community College. His contributions to the industry have been recognized through his involvement in numerous NCAA committees and advisory boards.
