The Road to CECC 2025 is here!

Collegiate Sports Management Group kicks off The Road to the 2025 Collegiate Esports Commissioner’s Cupin Sacramento, CA with the CECC West Regional presented by McDonald’s from November 15-17 at the California State Fairgrounds

WHAT:

Collegiate Sports Management Group (CSMG) and ESPORTSU will host its Collegiate Esports Commissioner’s Cup (CECC) West Regional presented by McDonald’s from November 15-17 at the California State Fairgrounds in Sacramento, CA. The top schools and the best collegiate esports athletes from across the West region will compete in person across multiple gaming titles, including Overwatch 2®, VALORANT, Rocket League, Super Smash Bros UltimateTM (SSBU), and Street Fighter 6, in an attempt to qualify for championship weekend at Esports Stadium Arlington, in Texas, next May. The West Regional, presented by McDonald’s, will be the first of four regional qualifying tournaments leading up to “May Madness.”

CSMG and the Network of Academic and Scholastic Esports Federations (NASEF)  will host a parallel middle and high school esports competition featuring League of Legends, Rocket League, Super Smash Bros UltimateTM, Overwatch 2, and VALORANT. League of Legends, Rocket League, and SSBU are championship titles for the CIF Esports Initiative, with over 200 schools participating from across California.

In addition to the top gaming action, fans will be treated to a McDonald’s Gaming Zone, with the chance to win prizes, including a custom gaming PC and a custom XBOX, along with getting a first look at a special, CECC-themed McDonald’s commercial.
