Damon Scott Elevated to Senior Project Manager of Esports and Traditional Sports Partnerships, Jane McCauley Elevated to Manager of Data and Analytics
Stamford, CT – April 1, 2025 – Collegiate Sports Management Group (CSMG) has announced the promotions of Damon Scott to the position of Senior Project Manager of Esports and Traditional Sports Partnerships and Jane McCauley to the position of Manager of Data and Analytics.
For Scott, since joining CSMG in 2024, he has thrived in his previous roles in Esports Operations, starting as the Talent Manager at the Collegiate Esports Commissioners’ Cup (CECC) May Madness event in Arlington, TX, and previously as the College Street Fighter (CSF) Project Manager. He has been instrumental in the growth and maintenance of the CSF partnership with Street Fighter 6 publisher Capcom, title sponsor Pagoda and CSMG and will continue to handle the relationship moving forward. His expanded role will include supporting all CSMG partnerships across esports and traditional sports.

For McCauley, since joining CSMG, she has thrived in her previous roles as an Analytics Coordinator and an Analytics Summer Associate. She has been instrumental in assisting with sponsorship valuations for college athletic departments and brands, creating sales and sponsorship decks to support business development and the sales team, and helped create client dashboards for better data visualization and accessibility. Her expanded role will include leading the analytics and valuation processes for all CSMG clients and properties and collaborating with media, sales, and production teams to deliver valuable insights that drive sponsorship success.
