Terms in these Xbox Giveaway Drawing Terms and Conditions shall serve as the Official Rules for the Giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years old or over to participate. The Xbox will be mailed to you after the final day of the event.

Non-natural persons (including corporations and other business entities); and employees of Collegiate Sports Management Group, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective immediate family and persons living in their same household are prohibited from participating in the Giveaway.

ENTRIES

No use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or the like entry methods will be allowed as well as incomplete entries. Entries from persons who are not eligible to win per these official rules will be disqualified.

WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected and notified by e-mail, SMS message, and in-venue and online announcement immediately following the prize drawing. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim a prize within 1 hour, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Confirmed giveaway winners may not exchange prizes for cash or any other merchandise or services. If for any reason the advertised prize is unavailable, Collegiate Sports Management Group reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Collegiate Sports Management Group will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, if any, that apply to prizes. Prizes are offered “as is” with no written, express, or implied warranty.

The odds of winning a prize are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received.

McDonald’s is not responsible for administering this Promotion or selecting the winners.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering this Giveaway, Entrant agrees to abide by all Official Giveaway Rules and to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Collegiate Sports Management Group, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, its business partners, employees, and McDonald’s its, parent company, and subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of its respective officers, directors, franchisees and employees and any other organizations related to the Giveaway from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Giveaway or any prize won.

Any attempt by an entrant or any third party to tamper, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of this Giveaway by hacking, cheating, or damaging the giveaway entry process in any way will result in automatic disqualification from the giveaway and may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws. Collegiate Sports Management Group reserves the rights to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law.

Collegiate Sports Management Group reserves the right to cancel, change, or suspend this Giveaway and/or to randomly select winners from eligible entries received before the cancellation, change the Giveaway in the case of a compromised giveaway, catastrophic event, or any other unforeseen event that cannot be reasonably anticipated affects this Giveaway.

This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, share, and use personal information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights when you participate in our giveaway. When you enter a giveaway, we collect the following information from you:

The legal basis for collecting this information is to validate your entry into the giveaway and confirm that you are not participating from one of the countries listed in OFAC banned nations list.

If you are selected as a winner, we will contact you to inform you and arrange for delivery of the prize. You must collect your prize from the designated location inside California State Fair Expo within one hour of the prize drawing.

Any action, suit, or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Giveaway or this Xbox Giveaway Drawing Terms and Conditions or the Giveaway Official Rules must be brought in either the federal or state courts located in Connecticut.
