Dr. Harvey Schiller

Chairman and Investor

  • Previously served as Chairman and CEO of YankeeNets, an integrated sports-based media company with ownership of the New York Yankees, New York Nets, and New Jersey Devils.
  • Dr. Schiller served as President of Turner Sports, Inc., a division of Time Warner; and President and Governor of the NHL franchise, the Atlanta Thrashers.
  • Schiller was Executive Director/Secretary General of the United States Olympic Committee (USOC)
  • Schiller joined the USOC after serving as Commissioner of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) from 1986 to 1990 and served as a member of the NCAA Executive Committee.
  • Previously the Chairman of Global Option Group
  • Commercial Commissioner of the 35th America’s Cup
  • Served for more than 25 years in the United States Air Force, achieving rank of Brigadier General
  • Currently serves as VP of Diversified Search, and sits on the boards of the National Baseball Hall of Fame Mesa Air Group, and Walker Innovation
  • ​Dr. Schiller is a 1960 graduate of Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, and holds a doctorate in chemistry from the University of Michigan
