STONY BROOK, New York – The Stony Brook University Seawolves are pleased to announce a new linear television partnership with SportsNet New York (SNY) starting with the upcoming 2019 football season. SNY will feature five home Seawolves football games as well as the men’s basketball season opener against Yale with additional games being discussed and selected. The Seawolves will premiere on SNY on Saturday, September 14th at 6:00 PM as they take on the Seahawks from Wagner College.

Celebrating its 20th year as a Division I program this fall; this deal will further elevate the rising Stony Brook program and build on its recent upward momentum as Long Island’s Team that features a football program with a 17-8 record over the past two seasons; qualifying for the FCS Playoffs in both years.
